Google has the First Amendment right to remove sites from their search results.
U.S. District Court Judge Paul Magnuson in the Middle District of Florida said in a ruling. "The First Amendment protects these decisions, whether they are fair or unfair, or motivated by profit or altruism."

This is why we need new government regulations to be applied to Google. The Judge says Google does not have to be fair.
I am conducting research in order to write more articles about Internet censorship. I found this interesting article below about Google.
I do know from my own personal experience of Google inappropriately censoring me, that all people worldwide should be very concerned about Google unfairly censoring, punishing (bullying) and inappropriately penalizing the general public, and business owners websites. 
Google executive management has helped me in the past and I sincerely appreciate it. Frankly I do not believe the founders of Google support unfair censorship so hopefully any bad Google employees will be terminated. Perhaps because Google is so big it is difficult to control mistakes regarding censorship. For example I have an ongoing problem of Google inappropriately censoring and blocking OnlinePasswordManager.com and .org, from showing up anywhere for the Google search "online password manager" because Google does not like an article I wrote. Also the listing in the Google Chrome store for my online password manager is missing in the search results.
I try to be nice and when Google manually takes the unfair censorship off of me, I edit my articles to be less negative about Google. To me that is the polite thing to do, however the next day the Google automated system over writes the manual fix, and since Google has no customer service department, how can I complain?
My only recourse is to write a truthful yet negative article about Google. It seems very silly to me that Google does not have any customer service department at all. I think it leads to much of the criticism of Google and if they fixed this their public relations would be improved. If Google had a way to learn about their embarrassing mistakes, then they could fix them. The current system from the Google "search console" e.g. webmaster tools control panel, or whatever they call it today is of no use in these unfair censorship problems and perhaps Google needs better ways to audit bad employees, e.g. a manager in a different group must approve a serious censorship penalty. Since Google is so secretive we have no idea about what processes Google uses to decide which websites to censor and this leads to unfair terrible punishment of innocent websites and people. How does Google make sure they are implementing their censorship penalties fairly? Who audits and regulates Google to prevent abuse of webmasters and small business owners?

If Google were just another mom-and-pop shop with a sign saying "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone," that would be one thing. But as the golden gateway to all knowledge, Google has rapidly become an essential in people's lives – nearly as essential as air or water. We don't let public utilities make arbitrary and secretive decisions about denying people services; we shouldn't let Google do so either.

Google does not want communist China censoring them, however it seems to me that sometimes Google is okay with their censoring of people and acting in a similar manner to (like) communist China. Google has brought the government to their doorstep by doing a defective job of protecting people's "freedom of speech" and treating all people equally and fairly regarding Google penalties. A Google penalty is an example of how Google implements censorship. E.g. Denying your content access to the "golden gateway of knowledge", which Google controls.

Google continues to blacklist and unfairly censor innocent websites and blogs. 
It appears that Google may be targeting some authors for unfair censorship. E.g. Unwanted Evil Google Bias that impacts all searchers worldwide. If people understood what Google is really doing, I believe 97+% of people globally would not want Google implementing this type of unfair censorship and creating human edited blacklists.
I have firsthand knowledge of Google's unfair censorship and I am sometimes a victim of Google's inappropriate censorship of select articles (e.g. this article and many more). There is no logical reason nor anything in common with the articles Google censors of mine. It is inappropriate and reeks of bias and incompetence by my Google censors. If you ignore this and do not file a complaint with the FTC, you too may have your own Google censor someday. If you live outside of the United States please file complaints against Google with your government agencies. Ex-Google Senior Engineers have confirmed that Google is trying to influence elections worldwide.

Who will be Google's next victim?
Let the democratic nature of the Internet decide which articles and authors should be popular, we don't want Google deciding for us.
This is the sad part, Google tries to make people believe and trust that Google is being fair, objective and impartial when that is not true. It is a lie that Google wants all people worldwide to believe.

I keep writing and promoting articles about Google's unfair censorship and why you should complain about Google to the Federal Trade Commission. The European Union is doing a better job of punishing Google for their evil behavior and is forcing Google to make improvements regarding several different issues and privacy concerns.
Google causes their own problems with governments around the world because Google does evil things and the Google CEO does nothing to help solve the problem of unfair Google censorship, I have never heard or read about him discussing this topic. In general Google likes to pretend this problem does not exist. 

The problem is growing and becoming worse, Google will unfairly censor articles exposing their evil methods to unfairly censor people and deny some people's freedom of speech. This Google behavior has always seemed odd to me, because Google does not want China to censor Google search results, yet Google thinks it is okay to unfairly censor innocent people for no reason (incompetence?), bully intimidation, or for unethical and antitrust reasons. The fact is Google is the biggest censor of content in the world, bigger than China in censorship. I thought the USA  was  focused on freedom of speech as one of our most important rights. I doubt the fantastic creators of the USA Constitution ever imagined a concept like the Internet or Google and how it would impact people all over the world.
Most of the complaints are about smaller businesses that Google continues to treat unfairly, however if the article is negative about Google or it's CEO, Google will even unfairly censor the New York Times. 
So when you use Google you should ask yourself, what is Google not showing me and why?

This is exactly why the FTC needs to regulate Google.

As I continue to research this topic and by studying specific examples of Google unfairly censoring people my conclusion is that Google definitely needs new government regulations to control Google from treating businesses and people unfairly. The big problem for Google is that I am not alone, many Internet experts agree with me and the European Union agrees with me. So even though Google may try to hide articles like this from the general public and suppress people's freedom of speech the word is leaking out and spreading and Google will not be able to stop the growing numbers of people recognizing and complaining about Google and their unfair censorship of people and content.

Since I recently learned of the many Government Investigations of Google, and now there are multiple former senior Google Engineers that have exposed the truth about what is really happening inside the huge operations of the "Publisher" named Google. 
I have figured out many things I have long suspected are in fact true. They are way more outrageous than I could have imagined. When you look at the 950 pages of secret Google documents on ZachVorhies.com it is difficult to find words to express the shock and horror of what Google has done.

So, I am still thinking about useful information that might help government prosecutors regulate and fine Google.
This issue of did top Google management know about the unfair censorship and manual manipulation is one a can provide exact and specific information about. I am a victim of Google's illegal censorship and I have firsthand knowledge of exactly how Google performs these evil manual manipulations that the Google CEO claimed under oath to Congress never happen. Google is denying and eliminating the freedom of speech for many thousands of authors on the secret Google Blacklists.

All you have to do to see the proof is read all the articles on the homepage of this blog, and see the multiple Google manual manipulations that happened to me over the last week. 
I even have the screenshots to show you below. I posterized Google.

Background:
Starting in 2016 Google began censoring some of my articles and I was shocked and terribly upset about this fact, as many Americans including my ancestors died fighting for my freedom of speech rights.
So I started sending emails to Larry Page one of the founders of Google. I am sure that Larry Page is involved in this project to eliminate my freedom of speech, as I investigate Google in more detail, Mr. Page appears to have more knowledge of this illegal Google censorship and blacklist creation plan than I first thought. So Government Investigators, I feel based on my investigation that you should interview Larry Page as soon as possible. 
Larry Page has ignored my demands to remove Google's illegal censorship from my excellent content. This is a blatant disrespect of the US Attorney General, and President Trump's Executive Order.
I see the bigger problems with blacklists and illegal censorship occurring as soon as the new CEO was in place. Also I want the US government to make a special investigation to learn if Sundar Pichai lied to Congress.
I also tried to contact the other founder Sergey Brin and I still have all my old emails that I sent.
Quickly my emails to Sergey Brin were blocked and since Google has the arrogant policy of never responding to anyone, I was happy my emails to Larry Page complaining about illegal censorship went though. Did they really go to Larry Page or to his assistant, I do not know? What I do know is that I received almost instant actions and relief from the illegal Google censorship.
So, I sent the emails to larry@google.com and page@google.com, both of which still work today for me.
Unfortunately, they no longer receive any positive actions from Google. Mr. Page continues to violate my civil rights, privacy, and is inflicting pain and suffering upon me as I type this.
A few years ago, when these emails were extremely effective, I would send an email on a Saturday or Sunday and literally within two hours many if not all the illegal censorship problems were taken off me. 
Who would have the power to do this so quickly and on a weekend?
Obviously, I was extremely happy about this, and I thought Larry Page was the greatest man in the world.  
However, after a few months the illegal censorship problems started coming back. Then I would email Larry Page again and within a few hours to 48 hours some of my censorship issues would be fixed. When the new CEO took over the horrible illegal censorship problems came back and were worse than ever.

I think the important part of this is for investigators/prosecutors to find out who these emails I sent went to and follow the trail and timeline of who made the manual search engine manipulations within a few hours. 

This also means that top management of Google was a where of the illegal censorship and knew about the "Blacklists", then Google executive management took actions to manually fix some of the illegal censorship. Now that the evil secrets of how Google has had this master plan to influence elections worldwide, and blacklist authors was revealed I hope Google is forced to stop censoring innocent authors like me. Most of the people on Google's Blacklists are President Trump supporters and this is one method Google has been using to have a big influence on the 2020 elections.
In 2-3 months I will publish a shocking report with indisputable evidence proving what we already know, Google = President Trump Haters.

I want to be transparent and have all my readers understand that I would be just as angry at Google if they were illegally censoring and attacking Joe Biden and his supporters. This is America and I will not allow bully Google to act like Nazi's.
The Nazi's did create blacklists, and we as Americans must stop Google from these evil behaviors.

The Government agencies that are investigating Google should force Google to pay their victims of illegal censorship a large dollar amount for all the pain and suffering they have caused each victim, lost income, and punitive damages.
So each person or company on the Google Blacklists should receive payment from Google mandated by the Government. I would think some of the names on the Blacklists should receive $250,000,000+. If Google caused a huge revenue lost for a big Publisher, I may be underestimating the damages Google caused them by putting them on a Blacklist, and thereby reducing the victims Internet traffic. Also the Government should consider that the payment from Google to their victims is for at least four years of damages.
The Government should create a "Google Blacklist Victims Fund" and force Google to pay $800,000,000,000 into this fund.
For myself, I think $7,000,000 would be a fair settlement for all the mental abuse, loss of income, eliminating my freedom of speech, pain and suffering, and harm to my reputation, etc.
When Google censors a SEO Expert like me, they do it as a form of extreme punishment as Google knows this will severely damage that expert consultants reputation.  

Google is still illegally censoring 99% of my articles. That means I am going to force Google to index every single one of my articles. I will continue to report on evil Google until I am satisfied. The days of Google intimidating authors is over. Hey Google, I am watching you. LOL

Google how many names are on your "blacklists"?

I hope 60 minutes will release the complete video about Google being a monopoly. I watched it on TV and it was very interesting even though they gave a lot of air time to the lame CEO of crappy and defective Yelp. Since Yelp has never been able to tell a fake review from a real review their content is pure spam and should be taken out of Google completely.
Frankly I would be happy if Google forced Yelp to go out of business, which is very likely.

However there are many thousands of websites being treated unfairly by Google and I do want the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to put new regulations on Google like the European Union has. Google continues to unfairly censor small website owners and the only way to stop Google's evil censorship is via the FTC. 
I will give you two (really 1.5) specific examples of Google's unfair censorship, 7meg.net and Quit4Good.com. There are many more sites that Google has abused and unfairly censored. Google complains about communist China's unfair censorship, yet Google is worse than what communist China does regarding censorship. Google is the largest censor of content in the world and this is a huge problem because Google is a monopoly and Google controls access to the Internet. Just do a Google search for "7meg.net" to see exactly what I mean. Why is 7meg.net missing from Google for over 2 years?
This penalty is 100% for sure an unfair manual penalty from Google, however the unfair penalty against Quit4Good.com is hopefully part of a huge Google mistake with automated algorithms, at first I thought this was Google unfairly attacking me with a manual penalty as they have done in the past. However then I noticed the very large number of sites this impacts. It seems strange no other SEO blogs are talking about this, however some of the highest traffic SEO Blogs are Google ass kissers or more focused on articles that do not matter so much, like content editing, meta tags, etc. To me this is an important SEO story, and I only saw a few people on Google Webmaster Forums talking about it. I think this is a terrible automated defective Google algorithm causing all these sites to be taken out of the Google cache. I would start to be worried if your website does not show up in the Google search results, now they show in the search results. The not being in the cache is the Google defect, that hopefully Google will fix quickly.

The content of 7meg.net is fine and Google should have never manually unfairly penalized this site and thousands of other websites have also been abused by Google for no valid reason.
This is exactly why the FTC needs to investigate and regulate Google.

Sadly I could give many more examples of Google defects and mistakes, yet Google is in denial of their mistakes and rarely fixes their defects. Just look at these sites that should be penalized by Google:

The Google SPAM department is becoming worse and making many more mistakes penalizing innocent websites and there is no way to protest to Google and ask them to fix their defects and mistakes.
So if Google unfairly censors and penalizes your website, I think it is best to give up and delete the site and build a new site and hope Google does not unfairly penalize (censor) your new website. This is a very sad situation as I believe many Google employees want to "do the right thing" and that is why they built the Search Console, unfortunately the evil Googler's have ruined this and that is why most webmasters are afraid to use Google's webmaster tools and the Google "search console".  Google does not seem to understand this and Google does not understand why people are afraid to use the Google tools. Webmasters are correct to never trust Google to treat them fairly.

Google has also dramatically lowered the amount of money that they pay webmasters to run Google Ads on their websites. I know publishers that used to earn $200,000 per year from Google and over the last 5-10 years that amount has dropped to $10,000 per year for the same amount and quality of web traffic. Google can do this because they have publishers agree to accept a secret Google formula for payments. Which is ridiculous, so do not waste your time trying to run Google ads on your websites.
