The USA "deal" with Intel involves the USA government taking a 10% stake in the company, which converts previous federal grants into equity, to support American semiconductor manufacturing and national security, particularly in the crucial artificial intelligence industry. This interventionist approach aims to reduce USA dependence on foreign chip production and strengthen domestic technological leadership, though some analysts question the long-term effectiveness and "socialist" implications of the move.

There is a legal question here.

When you listen to President Trump's words, he does seem to be indicating that all murder cases in the city would become death penalty cases, even though that is not part of D.C. law right now. So how would he do that? Talking to experts, perhaps he would have to try and apply a federal standard somehow to city crimes.

However, there is a legal problem there, not only with D.C. law, but with USA law. The Supreme Court in the 1970s ruled that mandatory death penalty for sentences is unconstitutional. We talked to the death penalty information center, and they said that not only would this be breaking a precedent for Washington, D.C., but, in that way, for the nation.

This makes the Uber CEO look bad. The Uber CEO does not understand that RoboTaxi does not need Uber. I think that RoboTaxi will take over Rideshare and put Uber out of business. In San Fancisco, Waymo which is not as good as RoboTaxi and much more expensive has taken a lot of marketshare from Uber and Lyft already. 

The reason that RoboTaxi does not use LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) is because of multi-censor confusion. E.g. When the camera's and the LiDAR do not agree. Elon Musk beleives it is better and safer to only use cameras and AI (Artificial Intelligence).

RoboTaxi does use LiDAR to confirm and verify their AI model and data when they first enter a new market. Tesla RoboTaxi does not need LiDAR on the RoboTaxi service cars. Telsa is also building low cost no steering wheel cars.

On 9-4-22 Google illegally broke into my Blogger account and damaged it.
In an effort to restrict how many people can see my content and to prevent me from logging into my account.

 Google does not support freedom of speech. Google censors more web content than communist China does.

Google is a Publisher, and has a monopoly on Internet search.

People that believe Google is not politically biased against Republicans and Conservatives are WRONG.

The evidence against Google is overwhelming.
For example if I search some text from the erroneous article that claims Google is not biased, it comes up #1 on Google.
If I search some unique text from my article, it is buried on Google far below the bonehead article.

I am disappointed with the Republican party for not passing this new law when they controlled the USA Senate and Congress. Why do socialist Democrats think that people cannot decide for themselves what is "misinformation"?

I do not want the Government and/or Google deciding what I should be able to read or watch. Google has a monopoly on Internet search and must be stopped from discriminating against authors and content that Google does not like.
The Google human editors that constantly read my content and decide to unfairly censor me, conservative news websites, and Republican politicians are bias, incompetent, lamebrains that I would not even hire to work for my company as a free intern.

USA States can also enact laws to regulate Big Tech, however Google, etc. are fighting some new state laws in court. Specifically, states could simply impose non-discrimination requirements on social media and search engines. Non-discrimination is one of the oldest obligations of common carriers and requires them to accept all customers. Currently, airplanes and telephones still operate under this requirement. In the era of competitive telephony, local telephone companies had to interconnect with all long-distance companies.
However, a new Federal law would be the best option.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Wednesday, at the President’s direction and with support of the HPSCI Chairman Rick Crawford, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard released a declassified oversight majority staff report produced by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) in September 2020 that details how the Obama Administration manufactured an Intelligence Community Assessment they knew was false.

The ODNI records released on Friday, Senator Chuck Grassley’s release on Monday of the appendix to the DOJ OIG’s June 2018 report known as the “Clinton annex,” and the HPSCI oversight report released today confirm a treasonous conspiracy led by President Obama and his national security team, including James Clapper, John Brennan, and James Comey, to manipulate and manufacture intelligence that promoted a contrived false narrative falsely claiming: “Putin aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances, when possible, by discrediting Secretary Clinton.”

President Obama directed the creation of this January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment after President Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, and it served as the basis for what was essentially a years-long coup against the duly elected President of the United States, subverting the will of the American people and attempting to delegitimize Donald Trump’s presidency.
