Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) Version 14 is a major upcoming update featuring a 10x increase in model parameters, auto-regressive transformers for predictive driving, and the first-time integration of audio inputs to improve decision-making. Expected to be released around late September 2025, the goal is a "dramatic gain" in performance, a reduction in driver nagging, and a more human-like, safer driving experience.This version will remain a supervised system, but it incorporates improvements from the Austin robotaxi pilot program.
