Google-European-Legal-Issues
Google European Legal Issues
This is a story that I think we will be following for a long time.
Perhaps no company is in European regulators’ cross hairs more than Google, whose search engine holds roughly a 90 percent share of the region’s online search market. As part of its five-year antitrust investigation into whether Google used its dominant position to favor its own services over rivals, the European Commission has now asked several companies that had filed complaints against the search giant to make their confidential submissions public, according to several people with direct knowledge of the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

For some sites it may be better just to start over using the
Bootstrap Framework.
Top 5 Reasons to Use the Bootstrap Framework. In other cases you may only need to add some code for "media query in CSS".

Besides using the Google mobile test, you should also run:

You will see more website optimization information by running both Google tests.

Google-mobile-test
On 4-21-15 Google will start giving more search engine ranking points (e.g. "expanding our use of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal ... and will have a significant impact in our search results" as Google likes to say) to websites that are optimized for mobile devices. "This change will affect mobile searches in all languages worldwide." This seems like a powerful statement from Google.
You want your results to look like the screen shot below.
You do not want to have your Google mobile test look like the following. Even my team has work to do to fix this one.
